1.2 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature or for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened software, DVDs, or digital downloads
- Personalized or custom-made electronics

2. How to Initiate a Return
2.1 Online Purchases
If you bought an item from our website, follow these steps:
- Log in to your EE &Co account and go to Order History.
- Select the order and click “Request a Return.”
- Fill out the return form and select a reason.
- You’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions via email.
2.2 In-Store Purchases
For items bought at an EE &Co physical store:
- Bring the product, original receipt, and payment method to the store.
- A store associate will process your return or exchange.
2.3 Shipping the Item Back
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if applicable).
- Attach the prepaid return label (if provided) or ship it to the address given in your return confirmation.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as EE &Co is not responsible for lost return packages.
3. Refund Process
3.1 When Will I Get My Refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved returns: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
- Credit card payments: Refunds appear in 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Debit cards, PayPal, or other methods: Processing times vary.
3.2 Refund Methods
- Original payment method – Refunds go back to the card or account used for purchase.
- Store credit – If you prefer, we can issue an EE &Co e-gift card for future purchases.
- Exchange – You may request a replacement for a defective or incorrect item.
3.3 Partial Refunds
In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted, such as:
- Missing accessories or original packaging.
- Signs of use, damage, or wear not caused by EE &Co.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we’ll gladly exchange it.

- Provide photos/videos of the issue for verification.
- We’ll ship a replacement once the return is received (if applicable).
5. Return Shipping Costs
5.1 Free Returns (Within the U.S.)
- EE &Co offers free return shipping for eligible items (excludes final sale products).
- A prepaid return label will be emailed to you.
5.2 Customer-Paid Returns
- If the return is due to a change of mind, you may cover return shipping.
- International returns are subject to customs fees, which are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
